Based in Barry (nr Cardiff), South Wales, UK - Anderson Consultancy has been offering multi-disciplinary professional consultancy services across the length and breadth of the UK and abroad since the late 1980's to a wide and varied Client base.

Services offered range from Building and Quantity Surveying to Facilities Management and Legal advice all from inception to completion and to disposal of 'properties/ stock'.

Considerable exposure and experience within the Consultancy to the Social Housing Sector, and in particular the Repairs, Maintenance and Management of properties, both within Local Authorities', Housing Associations' (RSL's) and 'Contractors' servicing the needs of same, has also seen the formulation, development and delivery of a wide ranging set of training courses specifically intended to address and cater for the needs of 'Housing' organisations, their 'professional' and other officers and it's Contractor's and related operatives at the front line.

Drawing on best practice, 'industry wide' guidelines, latest thinking and initiatives courses can be made specifically 'bespoke' to an organisation's culture, policies, practices and procedures. Nationally recognised lecturers and experts in their field contribute to provide lively, entertaining, 'must attend' sessions designed to introduce, enhance and maximise resources, skills and knowledge base to ensure effective delivery of service to meet intended 'aspirations'!
